Golden Care Group Home will serve those who are in their golden years who needs supervision and assistance with their activities of daily living. Residents who requires assistive devices such as canes, wheelchairs and walkers are welcome.

Assistance with activities of daily living, such as grooming, dressing, eating, toileting, and showers daily and as needed; Health Monitoring, assessments and care planning through our Registered Nurse and Resident Care Assistants; Assistance in appropriate socialization such as one on one interaction, group activities, religious activities, cultural events and other social interaction through church and community events and activities; Assistance and coordination of transportation to and from medical appointments as needed.
Provision of nutritious heart healthy meal three times a day and in between snacks. Special diets if prescribed by a physician; Provision of housekeeping and laundry services; Primary provider visits as required and as provided by a primary care provider (Physician/NP/PA); Home Health care visits (RN/RCA/PT/OT/RD/Social Work etc.) as ordered by Primary Care Provider; Comfortable common areas for reading, watching television and visiting family and friends; Provision of WIFI, cable television (in every bedroom), fax and telephone service.
